Dinner at Seven and the Evening Revues
The 19h00 dinner show
Doors open at 18h45. Dinner begins at 19h in the main hall — three courses from the chef, accompanied by a half-bottle of champagne per guest. The orchestra plays through the meal. At 21h, the lights dim and the evening revue begins. The menu changes seasonally; the Toulouse-Lautrec is the classic, the Belle Époque is the gastronomic option.
The 21h00 revue
This is the main house. Arrive by 20h30 to be seated. A half-bottle of champagne is included. The show runs about two hours with an interval. From my experience in the pit, this is the best house: the musicians are warmed up, the dancers are sharp, and the room's energy peaks.
The 23h00 late show
Same revue, different atmosphere. The audience is smaller, more intimate. The show runs about 1h45. This is the house I recommend to regulars who want the experience without the crowd.
Le dîner de 19h comprend un repas de trois plats avec champagne suivi de la revue à 21h. La séance de 21h est la principale. La séance tardive de 23h est plus courte et intime.
